Our Mission

Wise Heart Leadership Initiative is the partnership of Bruce Hersey & Lois Ehrmann to bring advanced clinical training for mental health professionals, and self-improvement for individuals and organizations to the Central Pennsylvania region and beyond.

Wise Heart is an Approved Continuing Education Provider

As an NBCC & ASWB provider, our CEU programs are accepted by the Pennsylvania Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists & Professional Counselors.

Wise Heart Leadership is an NBCC (National Board of Certified Counselors) Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP #6587) and may offer NBCC - approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program.

Wise Heart Leadership Initiative (ACE provider #1261) is approved as a provider for social work continuing education by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) www.aswb.org through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE) Program. Wise Heart Leadership Initiative maintains responsibility for all programs. ASWB Approval Period: (Insert Dates). Social workers should contact their regulatory board to determine course approval for continuing education credits.

Mental health professionals participating in our CE courses will receive the designated number of clinical continuing education clock hours listed in informational materials for each program. Certificates of attendance will be given on site upon completion of each program for all those attending the full  time after completing a course evaluation. You may contact either Bruce Hersey or Lois Ehrmann on site during any training or afterward via contact information provided in course materials regarding any questions, concerns, issues, or grievances regarding such program and its administration.
